I used spotify but I think it’s laggy and slow on my Pixel 8. Now I’m using Deezer, it’s not perfect but it’s better than Spotify IMO. Perfect is in my opinion OuterTune but there is no High Quality music. Is there something better than Deezer?

Try Metrolist.
It’s a pretty well maintained fork of Innertune.
For downloading for offline use I recommend YTDLnis.
Then you can use some offline player which there are plenty of. A recent interesting find of mine is Booming music. I am also a long term user of Musicolet.
