Please go to https://piefed.social/user/settings and tick the checkbox “My posts appear in search results”. When that is unticked your posts won’t appear when people use the search at https://piefed.social/search
For a long time having it unticked was the default setting and it’s meant that the search results are often missing posts that people expect to be there. It’ll be ticked by default from now on.
And frankly… there are also true upsides to that, mais non?

Yes as @[email protected] said, the forumlibre (casual conversation) is the best place to pratice. We talk about music, movie, book, videogame… :)

Just so you know, jlai.lu’s forum libre is a good place if you want to practice french. They’re a pretty friendly bunch 😊
One upside is that everything is running smoothly and extremely fast. The lemmy servers I had my accounts on struggled on a regular basis.
