The balkanization is a massive problem though because instead of one, active, community we have 3 or 4 dead ones. There needs to be a critical mass of users before communities can afford to start splintering, and that just isn’t here.

I made mino cupcakes for bite sized week on 52 weeks of baking, amd had enough batter left over for an 8" cheesecake. I messed up the crust, both too much of it and too much butter, but the rum caramelized bananas under the frosting more than made up for it.
