Yes, I loved it! I think I beat it once or twice. The races were especially hard. We would get a pen and use it to quickly alternate between a and b. That seemed to be the best technique. I’ve also installed the game on my Steam Deck, but I don’t want to abuse it like that.
God, and the boss fight with the werewolf was super hard.
Funny story, my older brother made me believe that he had an exploit to see the game’s ending. He would press all buttons and then it would show. But every time I tried it it just made the game reboot and show the intro.
Thing is, that’s what he did as well. I have no idea how I didn’t see that every time he did the “cheat” it would show the same thing as when I tried it. Especially because I knew both the intro and the end. And he confirmed this the other day as well. Guess I was just a very stupid kid.
Good human.
WTF
For comparison, the whole Linux kernel source code that contains every driver for every piece of supported hardware, including stuff from Realtek, is just 213 MB.
I use Shattered Pixel Dungeon for this. Nice and simple open source game without any bullshit. It’s a roguelike.
Knights of the Old Republic 2
Supposedly they are still working on a reboot of the first one. But that one is fine. They were never allowed to finish the second one.
How so? It would need many loopings getting progressively smaller.
Guess I can finally gives this a try on my Deck.
I really love point and click adventures. Especially those like the old ones from LucasArts. No rush, no quick reflexes, just your brain and a fun time.
An update just dropped, always showing the control panel. There’s also a link directly to the comment.
Meh, that would necessitate actually using Reddit.
Fuck, this actually looks pretty good. I don’t want to be excited about a game in the Disney canon!
Shattered Pixel Dungeon always draws me back in. And it’s getting frequent updates as well. They even added a new character/class the other day.
Next post: It’s too easy to accidentally hit the send button. 😜
That’s not how Github works. You need exactly one issue for a request and can then upvote it. Otherwise the dev might get annoyed.
