It’s Google delays not from the dev side. Google needs to build and sign it, but that depends on the overall traffic. So their timeline is always up in the air. Same goes for F-Droid, they also need to build the app and then sign it it can take up to 4 days depending if you miss the set time cycles.

Yes. As long as nobody defederated your instance you will see what they post and it will show up in your All feed.

Do you already have an account lemmy.world? I had the same happen when I tried to create 2nd account. It seems to be IP locked to 1 account. Which is fine, but give some sort of error.

lemmy.ml servers are half dead, so it might be just temporary issues.
