Came here for the “ackshually, that’s not charcuterie” comment, wasn’t disappointed.
Subbed specifically because I’m waiting for the absolute meltdown* someone will eventually have over this, aka the Grilled Cheese VS Melt.

Nice! But (always a but) my 2 cents: the prosciutto & caviar are enough to stand on their own. Ossetra is a great choice because it is (imo) a better flavor than Beluga.
I like freekeh better than barley anyhow, good tuff!
I keep getting the “failed to verify JWT token” and am using a mobile browser to log in/post.
Hot paprika probably
Are they spicy? The ones I grew up with were not (ground pork/beef with cooked rice, onions n herbs in tomato broth), but recently had a friend from Eastern Europe share theirs and it was a spicy tomato broth.
absolutely fantastic. I got my children addicted to spam as a “treat” when we went camping, and my oldest was absolutely blown away with this when we went to a Hawaiian restaurant one time and I ordered it for him.
commented above, the salmon was “cooked” in lemon, lime, garlic.
cured/cooked potato/potato
is it really imperative that you break down the semantics?
yeah
Salmon was cured in lemon, lime, garlic; the garnish was potato straws & dill, and all of this was served over a garlic royal.
Lol we are in Spain as well & this was a tapas event we did for another place that doesn’t have a kitchen, so let that boil yer noodle…
Looks to me like eye of round (redondo). When done right, like this, its flavor and consistency are excellent. Once you get the formula down don’t f with it. I use high heat for x minutes per kg, then drop it down to very low heat for 10 minutes, pull, cover with foil & towel & rest until ready.
Eye of round has little fat cap & hardly any marbling, so over cooking will dry it out, undercooking will make it tough & chewey.

Dunno but i used to use “Baconit” to a site called “reddit” once…

Plain sponge cake cut out with a disk cutter, broken cookie garnish, a Strawberry sort of cut, and ice cream?
No sauce. Boring.
