Agreed! The fries are so bad! Absolutely disgusting no flavor and limp and soggy every time. They just slice them and toss them in the frier. Good fires are pre-boiled with a little bit of vinegar and then flash fried, frozen, then fried again. That’s how you get the soft core but nice bubbly crispy skin.

Nothing of value was lost, those fries are so nasty to begin with. In-n-out has the absolute worst fries.
