Um, Tikka Masala is basically the national dish of the UK, they definitely enjoy flavor and spices in all kinds of curry dishes too

I don’t have any difficulty doing that with a mixed salad 🤷♂️
Heh, customers are the worst 😅
In my experience most mid-upper scale restaurants not only mix the salad but toss it with the ideal amount of dressing before serving it as well. I appreciate that, but I have to wonder how many complaints they get.
These salads to me feel like they send a message. Like “Mix it yourself, peasant, and good luck keeping it all in the bowl when you do. By the way 95% of it’s just iceberg hidden under the toppings.”
Don’t get me wrong, the orderly layers are aesthetically pleasing. And it actually looks like romaine or green leaf here which is nice.
Huh, thanks. I’ll blame them too then lol
What if that outer coating was made of crispy onion straws? My tastebuds might explode.
I bet it’s even better dipped in good mayonnaise.
Huh? Is there cheese? Is the sauce warm or cold?
Apparently I’m from the civilized part of the state because I’ve never heard of this abomination.
Thank you for the mental image of the two most likely creature types to find it 😂
Yeah I’m from the Great Lakes region and it’s so weird. I enjoy fried chicken, I dig waffles… even maple syrup on them is fine (though honey is better on chicken, esp truffle or hot honey).
But putting them together is like basically having double the breading on the chicken, except one half is crispy and the other half is all spongey and wrong. It dilutes the flavor of the chicken, and then why would I ever want a meaty waffle? The sum is far less than the parts IMO.
