Not 150km??? Because it’s 250km from Hanoi to Laos
Also, the road should be way way better

I’ve been here, mostly in Hanoi the entire time
My good friend recently moved to Danang, next time for a visa run I would probably take a flight to Danang and then to the border there(because it’s 150km)
We stayed here during covid the whole time, extensions, paid visas, illegally, with no money, it was fun 😂
Around 6 😂
No, I will not go with you to drink 🤣
Also, have you stayed here during covid? Because at that time it was really not many people, and everyone knows each other
I just buy $0.5 banh mi in Hanoi 💁
Braaaain
Hehehe, yeah, moist is probably the word I needed to use 🤣
It was my first time I made it, and I usually chech the recipes just briefly. So I would be able to have a recipe after some time, for now it’s just vague 😅
Banana bread is different from regular bread, it’s more like a cake
And you know when you make a muffin-like cake, and it’s wet. This banana cake turned out wet too
I’m buying my baking stuff from a b2b shop, and pretty much in bulk
I never count time because it doesn’t make any sense, I have a lot of time, 24h in total a day
In my case home made bread is around the same price with the cheapest bread in my area. And around 3 times cheaper than the bread from the bakeries
I’m also making cheese, so I never need milk and have a ton of whey (no matter how much bread I make, i’m still mostly using the whey for watering the plants)
I don’t know what country you live in, but thousandS of $ is probably a little bit too much
Our oven costs $100, it’s small and electric, but it does it’s things flawlessly
If I would have any land I would even just build one from bricks
I quit buying bread because learned how to just make it, not a rocket science. Bread and other food makers, keep it up 👏
I posted a kinda recipe how i usually make these:
Sometimes i get pretty angry at those invisible entities that eat my food without me seeing it, i just cooked it and just tried to eat, and somebody stole it from me 🤭
Learn how to make these yourself, very easy, very quick, very cheap 🫡
As more you make it as good it becomes
These were really almost undistinguishable from the once we used to buy outside
Every time we make them better and better, soon will be even better 😅
I drink a lot of cacao 😅😅😅 i make it almost every day, i like sweet stuff (pretty often i eat 500-1000g of sugar a day, i’m a terrible person. And sometimes it’s like the only thing i eat, in form of condensed milk🫠(i’m skinny as a twig, i move a lot during the day and eat like tons of food every day))
I’m mostly melting it right now, pizza, bread, etc
When i will be making some better cheese and more, i will try my best to check how can i share stuff i make with all the people i meet. For now, i’m doing it in Vietnam, so it would be a long trip for a piece of cheese to get to you 🤭
Struggling 😂 recently opened one of the cheddars, it tastes like a little off gouda 🤣
I even got out of rennet, i finished two bottles, the once for like 200-300-500 liters, i don’t even remember how many 😂
(Also, i broke my second press)
Just interested, sorry if it sounded not right
I just make cheese myself, like two times a week, 6 liters of milk. So i’m asking everyone if they make cheese to find my comrades cheesemakers 🫡
Did you make the goat cheese? 🤔🤔🤔
Is it in a food truck?
