bonus food remix: put that mess on a fresh corn tortilla, and add an egg for some dank huevos ran-chili.

when I do these, I also dice the stems and toss them in the mix to make it a little more unctuous
the drizzle could work. keep the bread drier for longer, and speed up the inevitably delicious mix of sauce and yolk
