Oh it’s absolutely crazy. I’ve found that just switching to me plating dishes for guests/family instead of letting them just pile on and playe increases their ratings and favorability of the dish noticeably, even when i use the same exact recipes.

What method do you use for flash freezing and do you air seal manually or using a machine? I’d lobe to be able to flash freeze and preserve a few home cooked meals for my wife’s upcoming pregnancy so we don’t have to think about cooking with the new one in the house
