Same for me. One of the best video game experiences I’ve ever had. The expansion is nearly just as good.

I tried picking up Strawberry Jam but had a hard time getting the mods to run on deck. What’s the secret?
I ended up playing on PC but damn these new levels are difficult.
Art of Rally, Nova Drift, Shovel Knight, Celeste, Stanley Parable, Hollow Knight, Project Wingman, Tunic, Katana Zero, Stardew Valley, Vampire Survivors.
I’ve found racing games, walking simulators, and retro style games tend to work well since they are usually designed with controllers in mind. Surprisingly a lot of point and click games work quite well with the track pads.
I’m here, but I’ve been playing TotK on switch as of late. I was actually playing Metroid Prime: Remastered on the deck before that.
I got it in a Humble bundle years ago for a relatively low price before the expansions and got those for free when they came out. I can’t speak much for the value of the current $40 price tag, but I certainly got my money’s worth.
The original game, now called “Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope”, is well worth the $15 on steam for the standalone first installment though, if you aren’t looking to spend too much. Most folks do recommend getting Treasure Trove but I found I really didn’t play the expansions much myself anyway.
Hyperlight Drifter caught me in just the right way to really enjoy it. Not sure how to explain but it was intriguing and atmospheric in a way I hadn’t really experienced in many games at the time.
Celeste and Shovel Knight are my favorite semi-recent games. I’m always game for A Link to the Past though.
There are a few options out there. One of the best options is a PS3 fat with backwards compatibility. Or a PS2 with component cables. I have also looked into upscalers like retrolink, framemiester, or ossc but they are relatively expensive and I would not use them enough to justify the cost.
Nowadays I pretty much just emulate on steam deck though.
Ace Combat 2 for me. It always makes me happy to pick it up again.
I think just getting Everest installed properly. It never seemed to run or update correctly.
