I didn’t realize the dough was vegan, thought it involved egg, because the vegan ones from the market are much more delicate than the pork ones, so I thought it a different dough. They are gorgeous!
I figured it was more because the lighting was not great, it’s more amateur food gonewild than pro food porn. Delicious and real but not as polished as a model post would be. Though I can hope it’s people against horseradish so I can judge them, lol.

Yes! I was going to get three (Humboldt Fog, Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam one, the American cheeses for Thanksgiving theme, plus my kids’ favorite Brie but there was one I could not resist because it was made with raw milk and that’s hard to find here. We did also have, not pictured, sharp cheddar and habanero cheddar, that’s what the mustard is about.)
