The post is saying it’s difficult to discover lemmy without someone telling you about it. It’s not really about searching lemmy.

Lots of instances are purging their images to avoid risk of hosting CSAM. It’s not syncs fault, the images are just gone.

Not a huge deal to me, I don’t plan on uploading any NSFW content and my instance has disabled all image uploading (for now) anyway. Really, I’m just curious.

Oh, it looks like the 100 limit is because it’s “internal testing”. So I guess that’s a purposeful choice to not make it closed/open testing? I don’t really know the difference of all the testing types so 🤷‍♂️

Is it only out for beta testers or something? When will Google allow the beta program to enroll more than 100 people?
