I had this at a polish restaurant one time. They called it the hunter’s stew - bigos. That dish apparently has a million variations that look different than this, though. I’m not polish so I could be completely wrong here.

Using Stripe or equivalent must be used for such a platform. The sellers would just get a check or bank transfer, they’d never need to handle a credit transaction.
