Retro 3D platformer in the vein of Banjo Kazooie.
I don’t know if I’d call most of these “hidden”.
Outer Wilds, Slay the Spire, Undertale, Return of the Obra Dinn, Papers Please, Disco Elysium, Stanley Parable, Hollow Knight, Deep Rock Galactic and the The Witness are all award winning games that have massive recognition.
The rest of the list is great though, I think I’ll check out Wildermyth.

This is actually what reddit was like in the early days. It took some time for the major subs to become dominant.

It was pretty obvious that 76 wasn’t going to be great from the get go, but as always; never preorder games!
Cyberpunk wasn’t even that bad to be honest, except on last gen consoles and the reviews said as much. (When the reviews came out the day before release day. Nice embargo from CDprojekt.)
I played on PC day one and never had any gamebreaking bugs, just a few hilarious NPC clipping incidents.

Couldn’t they already access pretty much anything on the fediverse through the APIs and scraping anyway?
I’d say this is more about getting fediverse market share and trying to exert control over the fediverse through influence of a large userbase.
It is already infested with covert ads posted as content, anyway.
There’s nothing stopping them from scraping the data or getting it from the API already.
If you put something on the internet, it is public.
