Misskey has a pretty great support for peertube.

Yeah, using feeds in combination with other terms really makes it perfect. It is intuitive for SNS users and covers a broad range of meaning, appropriate for this usecase.
What’s the default font of the browser? Also, have you tried phanpy?
I donated with open collective before and it was a pretty smooth experience
There was no bug report for it? I should have submitted a bug report sooner.
I will join an HIMYM community if you create one. I am a big fan.
I am not entirely sure how appropriate my reply is since you name lemmy specifically, but since one can subscribe to particular topics in piefed, I am leaning towards it more than lemmy as an alternative to reddit.
I just use the PWA most of the time. Tuba sometimes on desktop. Tuba is a pretty amazing mastodon client, with a wide range of features.
How about misskey? It has character limit, but still you can write a lot (2000 character limit). There are also channels.
You can give it a try and see if it is for you.
So, like flickr?
that’s a whole other kettle of fish
I will use that liberally from now on. An upvote from me.
Yes, people very much misunderstand thus stuff.
It’s still in the early days of development and you will probably have to wait a bit for full AP implementation.

This post appeared in my timeline yesterday. Thought I would share it with you.
Given how likely right wing conservatives tends to spread misinformation and cite low quality sources, I honestly don’t mind the lack of right wingers.
I would really love a more globalized development for misskey, but it is easier said than done. Majority of bug reports, release notes and even some comments are written in Japanese (yk kana/Kanji). It would take a lot more than translating the documentation. It is hard to even report a bug (without worrying if there is a bug report already present in Japanese) let alone fix one.
I really had no idea. Thanks for letting me know.
Yeah. The *key instances are fun to use. It doesn’t feel like using a business email.
Also, check out https://piefed.social/ - it’s not quite ready for the masses yet as it lacks many features, but damn it is so welcoming and friendly and fills me with hope for our future when I see those
Yes. Many people are too hung up on mastodon and lemmy to see that there are other software in fediverse. And if lemmy UI doesn’t quite work for one, they should try a different one. There’s no need to stick to the most popular software.
As for communities, there’s not much one can do about it.
Ok yes. I just checked and the new version is very fast compared to the version lemdroid uses.
Or XMPP for those who doesn’t like matrix
