What I explained on reddit, before I left, is that their entire business model depends on monetizing free user submitted content, controlled by free user based moderation.
That model is INFINITELY replaceable. See digg, fark, slashdot.
You want your moderators to toe the business line but they aren’t employees and you aren’t paying them? Good luck with that!

Hi-Fi Rush and Hogwart’s Legacy so far for me.
In the “disappointments” category, has to be Redfall. I don’t think anyone expected anything from Gollum.
Mostly emulation. As a day 1 Dreamcast owner, the Dreamcast emulation has been mindblowing.
Most of the A-list games I prefer on console, so I don’t bother with them on Steam.
