Just a reminder for my fellow white chocolate haters: White chocolate contains no cocoa solids and is therefore not actually chocolate.
The nice thing is that you csn use regular chocolate also, or no chocolate at all. Choc chips plus dried cherries is nice in this.

It has cocoa butter, which came from the same parts of the cocoa plant as dark chocolate, therefore it is still chocolate as the definition for chocolate does not require it to contain cocoa.

Those who say white chocolate is not chocolate are not even technically correct.

FWIW: It was written without any ill-intent and just supposed to be the antithesis to the white chocolate hate. I apologize if it didn’t come off that way.
No worries. You might want to change openers, though, because I definitely did not see it as playful. Most people tend to use “well akshully” kind of aggressively.
