I’m a huge fan of black pepper, and it looks great. I know a lot of people who would say that’s too much though.

I picked some thrown away pans (luck), and I’m pretty sure they are getting ground once the weather gets a little better, so I can do it outside. (They were not well taken care of, someone soaked them in a bubbling fish tank or something)

I use the one from the “pizza Bible” by Tony Gemignani, I go a little less oven heat than his directions, but I think that’s my oven. That book has some fabulous pizza.
