Man that looks good! Looks super tender, but still slicable.
I have taken to smoking my corned beef brisket (which technically makes them pastrami I think), but some years I’ll buy a second and do more traditional corned beef and cabbage.

Did you make sure to don some black nitrile gloves and give it a good squeeze to get rid of all those pesky flavor juices?
Kidding of course… Looks good! I’ve done 3 or 4 full packers and struggle to get both the point and flat to come out the way I want. Wrapping helps, but it’s definitely not trivial!
If I have parts that come out tough/dry, I like to vacuum seal and freeze them for next time I make chili.
Fattier bits can be good chopped up and fried quickly in a cast iron skillet for tacos (fry just long enough to let some of the fat render and crisp up kinda like carnitas)
The only wrong place for pepperoni is unused, and put back in the fridge.
Thanks for doing your part to stand up against pizza gate-keeping!
Absofuckinglutely no pun intended.
The humblest brag 😁
Looks delicious and now I’m hungry!
Are the green skinned veggies were zucchini? It almost looks like tiny acorn squash with skin still on, but I’ve never heard of eating the skin on those. The size of those sausages is throwing me off in figuring it out… Please help 😂
Ain’t no handle for pouring gravy, ain’t no gravy boat!
Having had lasagna served in one of those single serving baking dishes, I will heartily back up OP’s plating!
I’m going to admit that I rolled my eyes a bit when I clicked on the photo because the plating and small portion size seemed a little pretentious. But then I clicked into the comments and saw OP was a pretty chill dude/dudette who was just excited about something nice they made, and promptly felt like a judgy asshole.
Anyway, this looks objectively nicer than 99.5% of what I eat and probably tastes delicious, so nice job and sorry if you caught any subconscious negative vibes!
(alcohol may have been involved in this comment 😅)
Weird Al wants to know your location
My sentiments exactly lol
Not showing the inside is such a goddamn tease 🤤
For whatever reason I’ve never thought to hit steaks with a torch at the end… My stove has trouble keeping my skillet at good searing temp, so I will be trying this next time! 🤤
I want to burn my mouth on that SO. BADLY.
Love the idea, but man that marshmallow is woefully under-toasted ☹️
Looks taaty!!
How were the ribs? I’ve only ever made them American barbecue style (low and slow), but I’ve always been a little curious how they come out we grilled over higher heat.
