Pecan banana overnight oats with some coconut yogurt

      I like this version a lot. I eat it during work days because I tend to forget to eat and this doesn’t upset my stomach while tasting quite nice.

      The texture is pretty similar to oat meal imho. On top it’s low effort (5 min prep time + 5 min before you eat it), you need no pot and it is always ready in my fridge, though I should eat it within 24 hrs I guess :D

      Bonus points because it’s vegan.

        Do you add the yogurt to the oats overnight or just in the morning when you eat it?

          It’s smashed banana, pecan chunks, oats, oat milk and some cinnamon overnight. I add the yogurt and a few additional banana slices and pecan chunks right before eating
