Pan seared and butter basted, red wine and fennel frond marinated, top round steak. Paired with roasted red onion, fennel bulb, prosciutto, garlic cloves and rustic lasagna noodles with red wine and garlic reduction topped with Parmesan and prosciutto.
The breakdown sound like it could be tasty but the presentation does not. Maybe be it’s the overly raw steak. To each their own though. Enjoy.
