If you can, just pick the parts but don’t build it yourself, ask a friend who knows what he’s doing and watch or pay for it. You really really don’t want to screw it up with these GPU and CPU prices.
If you like story driven RPGs with insanely op hacking, and beautiful grafics you should buy it. The game is still very buggy, but nowhere near as it was when it came out. To make sure that you won’t lose your progress save frequently and don’t do the diving sidequest with Judy.

I’m currently playing Persona 5, it’s a good game. If you haven’t already, play MGS:V it’s an incredible experience on the steam deck.
