I understood some of those words.

How do you do the vegan chicken? Is it seitan? I’ve tried making my own before but it never comes out quite right. I’m a carnivore, my wife is pescatarian; I’m always looking for vegetarian or, y’know, vegan-adjacent meals we can both enjoy. (This is partly because I just plain don’t care enough to cook separately for myself; I’ll make whatever she likes because I care more about that.)

Possibly a stupid question, but what qualifies something as “schnitzel” rather than just… fried chicken?

All the ones where it’s still basically liquid are not for me. I often need to order mine “literally burnt” to get them done enough for the texture not to turn my stomach.

Also, the last thing we need is even more ways to exclude young people from society. I mean, who looks at young people and thinks “you know what would make this lonely, overworked, overstressed, hyper-regulated cohort better? MORE ISOLATION!” ?
